Role Description
The Performance Manager is a part-time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with a combination of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility.
This role is responsible for tracking and analyzing key performance metrics for user engagement, business participation, and overall platform growth, and turning insights into actionable improvement plans.
Day-to-day activities include monitoring KPIs, preparing performance reports and dashboards, and partnering with product, marketing, and operations teams to optimize campaigns and user journeys.
The Performance Manager will also design and deliver performance-related training and guidance to internal stakeholders, helping ensure targets are understood and met.
Additional responsibilities include supporting budget planning and tracking for performance initiatives and contributing to strategic decisions that enhance community and business outcomes on the platform.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into recommendations.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to present performance findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in performance management, including setting KPIs, monitoring results, and driving continuous improvement.
- Experience in delivering training or coaching related to performance, processes, or tools.
- Budgeting skills, including basic financial analysis, cost tracking, and supporting budget planning for performance-related activities.
- Prior experience in digital products, community platforms, or app-based services is an advantage.
- Proficiency with performance reporting tools and basic data visualization (e.g., spreadsheets, dashboards, analytics platforms).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and manage part-time hybrid work schedules effectively.
