Role Description
The Loyalty Program Manager is a part-time hybrid role based in Dubai, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.
This role is responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing loyalty programs that increase user engagement and retention for both residents and local businesses.
Day-to-day tasks include analyzing user behavior and program performance, developing loyalty campaigns, coordinating with marketing and product teams, and identifying opportunities to enhance rewards and benefits.
The Loyalty Program Manager will also collaborate with business partners to align loyalty initiatives with their goals and ensure program communication is clear, timely, and effective.
Regular reporting on key metrics and recommendations for program improvements are core components of this position.
Qualifications
- Experience with loyalty programs and customer loyalty, including designing and managing rewards structures.
- Strong program management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
- Solid analytical skills to interpret data, measure program performance, and generate actionable insights.
- Knowledge of loyalty marketing, including campaign planning, segmentation, and user engagement strategies.
- Background in marketing, business, or a related field; experience in app-based or community platforms is an advantage.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and external business partners.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment in Dubai, with the ability to attend on-site meetings when needed.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; prior experience in loyalty or CRM roles is highly beneficial.
