Role Overview
SmartChoice International is launching a technology recruitment academy and seeks an experienced recruitment leader to build and lead it.
The role initially develops five junior hires into technology recruiters covering AI, data, cybersecurity, cloud, and software engineering markets across the UAE, Europe, and the USA.
This is a recruitment leadership and training role, not a traditional learning and development position.

SmartChoice International is launching a technology recruitment academy and seeks an experienced recruitment leader to build and lead it.
The role initially develops five junior hires into technology recruiters covering AI, data, cybersecurity, cloud, and software engineering markets across the UAE, Europe, and the USA.
This is a recruitment leadership and training role, not a traditional learning and development position.
Responsibilities
- Build and deliver the recruitment academy; train and coach junior recruiters.
- Develop recruitment, business development, and technology skills; set and manage performance KPIs.
- Build a high-performance recruitment culture and drive the cohort toward AED 600,000 or more in revenue in its first six months.
- Create a scalable model for future recruitment cohorts.
Candidate requirements
- At least seven years of recruitment experience and a strong technology recruitment background.
- Proven billing and commercial track record; experience managing and developing recruiters.
- Strong coaching and leadership skills and an entrepreneurial, commercially driven mindset.
- Passion for AI and modern recruitment technology.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 25,000–40,000 per month, plus a performance bonus.
