Provide executive support to senior management while driving recruitment, onboarding, training, and HR reporting in a fast-paced corporate environment.
The role requires a proactive, discreet, and highly organized professional.
Executive Support
- Manage complex C-suite calendars and coordinate meetings.
- Act as a professional point of contact for senior internal and external stakeholders.
HR Operations
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and training.
- Maintain accurate HR records.
Reporting and Administration
- Use advanced Microsoft Excel to create management dashboards and analyze data.
- Prepare operational reports and ensure timely task execution.
Must-Have Requirements
- Experience supporting senior or executive-level management in an EA, PA, or combined HR role.
- Hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment and training coordination.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong data management and reporting capabilities.
- Confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Strong prioritization, time-management, and problem-solving skills under pressure.
- A proactive, ownership-driven approach with strong follow-through.
Advantages
- A Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration, or a professional HR qualification such as CIPD or SHRM, is advantageous.
- Working knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR regulations is advantageous.
- Experience with HRIS, ATS, and payroll platforms is advantageous.
- Exposure to employee engagement, performance management, HR project coordination, or executive logistics is advantageous.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 7,000–8,000 per month.
