E-Commerce - Online Manager

Role overview

Core responsibilities

• Own the annual e-commerce plan and online sales P&L, including revenue, margin, customer targets, performance monitoring, and corrective actions.
• Manage the online store, merchandising, product information, stock, prices, promotions, and checkout; coordinate stock and campaigns with shops, Buying, and the warehouse.
• Plan and optimise paid campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat; manage budgets, agencies, vendors, creative tests, and campaign tracking.
• Analyse online sales, customer behaviour, retention, and stock effects; maintain dashboards and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
• Lead CRM, social media, influencer partnerships, seasonal campaigns, customer experience improvements, and the e-commerce team.
• Ensure online product claims, ingredients, labels, pricing, promotions, stock authenticity and expiry, and customer data handling comply with applicable requirements.

Required qualifications and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
• At least 5–7 years in digital marketing or e-commerce, including at least 2 years in a management or team lead role.
• Proven online revenue growth and paid media budget management with measurable return on ad spend.
• Strong UAE or GCC market experience and understanding of local beauty shoppers; experience managing agencies, creators, and vendors.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Preferred qualifications

• Beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or fashion e-commerce experience; knowledge of Korean beauty brands, ingredients, trends, and skincare routines.
• Experience connecting online and in-store retail, including shared stock, click-and-collect, or shop campaigns.
• Arabic or Korean language skills.
• Amazon or Intashop experience is listed as preferred; the posting specifies 5 years.

Technical skills and competencies

• Paid media: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
• Analytics and tracking: GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and Conversions API, Looker Studio, Power BI, and working knowledge of SQL.
• E-commerce platforms: Shopify, Magento, WordPress, or similar; CRM and automation: HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar.
• SEO and website tools: Google Search Console and SEMrush or similar; creative tools include Canva, CapCut, and AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets and PowerPoint; commercial and analytical thinking, leadership, communication, budget discipline, creativity, customer focus, and prioritisation.

Performance measures

• Measures typically include online revenue and growth, online share of sales, return on ad spend, customer acquisition cost, conversion, and average order value.
