Role overview

Content and creative production

• Creates daily social content, skincare tutorials, product demonstrations, ingredient explainers, unboxings and behind-the-scenes material.
• Plans and runs product, model, creator, shop and event shoots; edits assets to channel specifications and represents products honestly.
• Designs website, product-page, advertising, messaging, packaging and in-shop materials.
• Prepares product images, videos and infographics and works with Buying and E-commerce to keep catalogue content accurate.
• Creates coordinated campaign assets for launches, promotions and seasonal events, and delivers them on schedule.
• Briefs influencers and creators, reviews their work, and reuses customer content with permission.

Required qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 2 to 4 years of experience in content creation, social media or graphic design.
• Portfolio demonstrating both design work and photo or video content.
• Good written and spoken English; able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred qualifications

• Beauty, skincare or cosmetics content experience and knowledge of Korean beauty trends, brands and routines are preferred.
• Arabic or Korean language skills and comfort appearing on camera or directing others are preferred.

Tools and platforms

• Design tools listed include Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva and Figma.
• Video tools listed include Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut and DaVinci Resolve or similar.
• Photography includes DSLR or mirrorless cameras, lighting, Lightroom and phone filming.
• Social platforms include Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and YouTube; content tools include scheduling tools, Google Workspace and basic website and email platforms.
• AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney and Firefly may be used responsibly for ideas, copy and editing.

Working conditions

• Based in Dubai, with regular time in Lamise shops, including Al Ghurair Centre, and the warehouse for shoots and events.
• Standard working hours, with flexibility around launches and seasonal peaks.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 1.00–AED 2.00 per month; salary and benefits are stated as subject to company policy and experience, in line with UAE Labour Law.
