HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, updates, offboarding)
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
• Draft contracts, letters, and employment documentation
• Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and internal policies
• Respond to day-to-day HR queries from employees
• ****Payroll & Benefits****
• Own monthly payroll execution
• Ensure accurate variable pay inputs
• Conduct payroll reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Support benefits administration and provider coordination
• Maintain payroll compliance and documentation

Visa & Mobility Management

• Manage visa applications, renewals, and right-to-work compliance
• Partner with external immigration counsel where required
• Track visa timelines and ensure proactive renewals
• Support employees relocating

Compliance & Policy

• Ensure up-to-date employment contracts and documentation
• Support audits and compliance reporting
• Maintain and update HR policies and procedures
• Ensure adherence to data protection and confidentiality standards

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve HR operational efficiency
• Support automation and system optimization initiatives
• Document and standardize people processes
• ****Qualifications:****
• 8+ years experience in HR Operations / People Operations within a tech organization
• Strong hands-on experience managing payroll (essential)
• Experience handling visa processing and immigration compliance, ideally within Twofour54 Freezone
• Solid knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
• Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable operating in a scaling, fast-paced environment
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
