Role

Project and Hiring Coordination

• Plan, supervise, and execute projects, coordinating clients and internal departments to meet contractual obligations.
• Manage pre-hiring activities, including background and medical checks and preparation, issuance, and collection of offers, contracts, schedules, and employment documents.
• Coordinate hiring and mobilization, including visa applications, entry permits, medical examinations, employee IDs, labor cards, insurance, and personnel checklists.
• Plan employee mobilization and demobilization with Travel & Logistics, PROs, clients, and partner agencies; coordinate flights, accommodation, and transfers on time and cost-effectively.

Operations, Compliance, and Reporting

• Manage post-hiring activities, maintain client and employee relations, resolve operational issues, and support projects through completion.
• Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenditure, update forecasts, and implement cost-reduction measures.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, labor regulations, and company procedures and recommend improvements to reduce legal and operational risks.
• Manage clients and external agencies, identify visa and local support partners, and coordinate with the Commercial Department on business opportunities.
• Oversee induction and orientation, conduct site visits and investigations, and monitor logistics operations, vehicle rentals, costs, delivery delays, and incidents.
• Prepare management reports on mobilization and demobilization status, forecasts, critical issues, and operational performance.
• Resolve operational challenges and improve systems, processes, and procedures.
