Recruitment is for multiple supervisor roles for immediate offshore deployment in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Open positions include Civil, Scaffolding, Piping/Mechanical, Steel Structure, Mechanical Equipment, Painting & Insulation, E&I, and Lifting Supervisors.

Role duties
- Civil: supervise excavation, backfilling, concreting, formwork, and steel fixing; manage PTW and toolbox talks as an ADNOC Approved Job Performer.
- Scaffolding: oversee certified erection, modification, and dismantling, while managing PTW and site safety compliance.
- Piping/Mechanical: lead fabrication, laying, fit-up, and welding support in line with PTW, LOTO, and gas-testing requirements.
- Steel Structure: supervise erection, fabrication, alignment, and installation in accordance with method statements and PTW controls.
- Mechanical Equipment: manage installation, precision alignment, positioning, and grouting to approved specifications and PTW procedures.
- Painting & Insulation: direct surface preparation, protective coating, painting, and insulation; coordinate SIMOPS and HSE compliance.
- E&I: oversee low-, medium-, and high-voltage installations, panel maintenance, and cable terminations; enforce isolation and LOTO.
- Lifting: supervise rigging and heavy lifting in compliance with certified lift plans, site safety rules, and PTW guidelines.
Experience and position-specific qualifications
- At least 10 years of relevant experience and proven offshore exposure.
- Scaffolding Supervisor role specifies CISRS certification.
- Lifting Supervisor role specifies certification.
- Civil Supervisor role specifies ADNOC Approved Job Performer status.
