Role overview

Project and hiring coordination

• Plan, supervise, and execute projects, coordinating clients and internal departments to meet contractual obligations.
• Manage pre-hiring checks and employment documents, including offers, contracts, schedules, and required paperwork.
• Coordinate hiring and mobilization, including visa applications, entry permits, medical examinations, IDs, labour cards, insurance, and personnel checklists.
• Plan employee mobilization and demobilization with travel and logistics teams, PROs, clients, and partner agencies.
• Oversee employee induction and orientation, conduct site visits and investigations, and monitor logistics operations and incidents.

Operations, budgets, and reporting

• Manage post-hiring activities, maintain client and employee relations, and resolve operational issues through project completion.
• Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenditure, update forecasts, and implement cost-reduction measures.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, labour regulations, and company procedures, recommending improvements to reduce risk.
• Manage client and agency relationships, identify visa and local support partners, and coordinate with the Commercial Department on business opportunities.
• Prepare management reports on mobilization, demobilization, forecasts, critical issues, and operational performance.
• Resolve operational challenges and improve systems, processes, and procedures.
