Job Description: Payroll Specialist / Payroll Officer at Earnolia Qatar
Earnolia Qatar is seeking a meticulous **Payroll Specialist / Payroll Officer** to join our HR team.
This role is essential in ensuring accurate and efficient payroll processing for all employees.
Responsibilities
- Process payroll for all staff, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate payroll records, including employee timesheets and deductions.
- Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with HR to manage benefit deductions and employee data.
- Prepare payroll reports and assist in audits as necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of payroll software and labor laws.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
- Good communication abilities to interact effectively with employees.
Salary
- Competitive hourly rate ranging from **50** **to** **80** **QAR**, based on experience and qualifications.
