We are looking for an experienced HR Payroll Executive to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in payroll management within the UAE construction sector and a solid understanding of UAE labour regulations.
Position
HR Payroll Executive
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE (Construction Industry)
- Strong experience in payroll processing
- Good knowledge of the UAE Labour Law
- Must be able to speak Hindi and English
- Male candidates preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Candidates with a cancelled visa / visit visa will be given preference
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
- Handle WPS (Wage Protection System) and salary transfers
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate with accounts and HR teams for payroll accuracy
- Prepare reports related to payroll and employee data
