Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive – Payroll to manage payroll processing and support accounting functions. The ideal candidate must have UAE experience and strong expertise in Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
Maintain employee payroll records, including attendance, leave, and overtime
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
Handle WPS (Wage Protection System) processing
Prepare payroll reports and reconcile discrepancies
Coordinate with HR for employee data and updates
Assist in general accounting tasks and documentation
Requirements:
2–3 years of UAE experience in payroll processing (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of Excel (advanced level preferred)
Familiarity with WPS and UAE labor regulations
High attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Experience with payroll/accounting software
Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
