Job Summary
We are looking for a Payroll Officer with 2–3 years of experience in payroll processing and WPS file preparation.
The candidate will be responsible for handling monthly payroll activities, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring timely salary processing in compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail and experience using payroll or ERP systems.
Mandatory Requirements & Qualification
- **Experience:**
- Minimum 2–3 years of payroll experience in GCC/Qatar
- **Education:**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field
- **Technical Skills:**
Experience
- in WPS file preparation and payroll processing
- Knowledge of Excel and payroll/ERP software
- Good understanding of labor law and payroll compliance
- **Mandatory Criteria:**
- Must have hands-on experience in WPS salary transfer processing
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll and prepare WPS files for salary transfer.
- Maintain payroll records including attendance, overtime, leave, and deductions.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance departments to ensure payroll accuracy and timely salary disbursement.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Prepare payroll reports and support audits when required.
