Job Summary
The HR Payroll Officer is responsible for payroll processing, employee attendance, and timekeeping management.
The role ensures accurate payroll computation, monitoring of overtime, leave, and attendance records while maintaining compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Verify attendance, overtime, leave, deductions, and allowances.
Maintain and monitor employee attendance and timekeeping records.
Operate biometric attendance systems and manage shift schedules.
Prepare payroll reports, payslips, final settlements, and leave encashment.
Handle payroll-related employee concerns and coordinate with Finance.
Use SAP software for payroll and attendance management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years experience in payroll and timekeeping.
Knowledge of payroll computation, labor regulations, and biometric systems.
Experience
using SAP software and MS Office, especially Excel.
Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
GCC/Qatar payroll and timekeeping experience is an advantage.
Familiarity with WPS payroll processing.
Ability to work under pressure and meet payroll deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.

Work Location: In person
