Role Overview

Role Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing and administration.
• Review salaries, deductions, allowances, overtime, bonuses, and adjustments.
• Maintain accurate and current employee payroll data and records.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee queries.
• Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and management summaries.
• Ensure payroll processes follow company policies and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, employees, and external payroll providers.
• Maintain payroll controls and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Protect confidential employee and compensation information.
• Provide guidance, support, and performance oversight to payroll team members.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional payroll experience, including supervisory or management responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing, reconciliations, compensation, and payroll controls.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Ability to manage strict deadlines and multiple payroll priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel is advantageous.
• UAE/GCC payroll experience is highly valued.

• The position is fully remote.
