Responsibilities
- Respond to enquiries through phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
- Provide clear and accurate information about products, services, and procedures.
- Assist with requests, concerns, complaints, and follow-up enquiries.
- Record customer interactions and maintain accurate internal-system information.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues.
- Maintain a professional, helpful, customer-focused approach.
- Collect feedback, support service improvements, and work toward satisfaction and service-quality targets.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication; friendly, patient, helpful manner.
- Good organization, listening, and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office applications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
