Role Overview

This is not a traditional receptionist or call center position.

We are looking for a highly motivated sales professional who understands patient psychology, enjoys sales, builds trust quickly, and genuinely cares about helping people.

You will become one of the key revenue-generating team members within the clinic.

Your role is to help patients understand their condition, explain available solutions, guide them through treatment recommendations, and support them throughout their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilitiesnew Patient Conversion

  • Follow up with all incoming leads
  • Convert inquiries into appointments
  • Confirm attendance
  • Reduce no-shows
  • Build trust before the first visit

Consultation Conversion

  • Work closely with doctors and physiotherapists
  • Present treatment plans professionally
  • Explain rehabilitation and longevity programs
  • Convert consultations into treatment packages
  • Support package sales and upgrades

Existing Patient Retention

  • Maintain communication with current patients
  • Monitor attendance and continuity of treatment
  • Follow up with patients who miss appointments
  • Support package renewals and repeat purchases
  • Increase patient lifetime value

Reactivation Of Dormant Patients

  • Contact inactive patients
  • Re-engage previous patients
  • Present new programs and offers
  • Bring patients back into treatment

Crm & Communication

  • Maintain accurate CRM records
  • Update patient notes
  • Manage WhatsApp communication
  • Coordinate appointments
  • Track patient progress and follow-up activities

Team Support

  • Work closely with physiotherapists, doctors, front desk, and management
  • Participate in sales meetings
  • Support implementation of sales processes and scripts

Candidate Profile

  • We are looking for someone who:
  • Loves sales and understands sales psychology
  • Enjoys communicating with people
  • Can confidently explain complex services in a simple way
  • Learns products quickly
  • Understands premium customer service
  • Is highly organized and proactive
  • Is comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs
  • Has strong emotional intelligence
  • Can build trust and long-term relationships

Strong Advantages

  • The following will be considered a significant advantage:
  • Previous experience in healthcare, wellness, aesthetics, hospitality, or premium service environments
  • Experience selling treatment programs, memberships, or wellness services
  • Previous CRM experience
  • Sales training certifications
  • Formal sales education
  • Experience coaching or training sales teams
  • Understanding of rehabilitation, physiotherapy, longevity, health optimization, or wellness products
  • Russian or Arabic language skills

Performance Expectations

  • The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to:
  • Increased appointment bookings

Compensation Structure

  • Compensation for this position consists of a fixed salary and a performance-based incentive structure linked to individual and clinic KPIs.
  • The final compensation package will be discussed individually with shortlisted candidates and will depend on:
  • Previous sales experience;
  • Healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or premium service background;
  • Communication and conversion skills;
  • CRM and patient management experience;
  • Overall suitability for the role.
  • The performance-based component is designed to reward contribution to clinic growth, patient retention, consultation conversion, repeat revenue, and overall sales performance.
  • Please note that compensation structure, KPI targets, and final employment terms will be discussed individually with successful candidates during the final interview process.
