IMMEDIATE REQUIREMENT!!!
We are looking for an experienced and patient-focused Patient Relations Manager to oversee patient experience, handle concerns, and ensure high standards of service delivery within our healthcare facility.
The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between patients and medical staff to enhance satisfaction and service quality.
**LOCATION**: (Doha) Qatar
**PAY RANGE**: To be discussed
**LANGUAGE**: English (Required)
**Experience**: Minimum 3 years of experience in Patient Relations Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient relations services and ensure excellent patient experience
- Address and resolve patient complaints and escalations professionally
- Act as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Monitor patient feedback and implement improvement strategies
- Train staff on patient service standards and communication
- Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and patient confidentiality
- Prepare reports on patient satisfaction and service performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in patient relations or healthcare management
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient rights
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism
