1. JOB PURPOSE
The Jobholder provides assistance and support to IP authorization team.
Carries out administrative such as provider communications, handling emails and calls and any other ad hoc responsibilities that may require as per the business requirement.
2. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
§ Attending and responding on IP tickets via team connect or Outlook
§ Coordinating with provider for any documentation requirement or resubmission of IP requests
§ Arranging and Following up with providers on SMOs
§ Communicating with insured members, when and required
§ Attending Inpatient provider calls via Avaya
§ Any other ad hoc responsibilities, as per business requirement
3. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
§ University or Secondary Highschool diploma with healthcare background
§ 1 - 2 years of work experience in the Insurance industry
§ Must be computer literate and intermediate-excellent MS Office skills
§ Good command of the English and Arabic language.
§ Should be a team player with an aptitude for customer service.
Must be service oriented.
§ Candidate must be tactful and discrete while dealing with Providers or Payers; must be able to handle confidential information.
§ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines and varying work-schedules.
§ Ability to work independently with self-initiative
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
