Patient Coordinator (Plastic Surgeries)

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• **Sales & Conversion:** Drive the growth of the Plastic Surgery department by meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
• **Expert Consultation:** Provide detailed information to patients regarding various procedures (Rhinoplasty, Liposuction, Breast Augmentation, etc.) and manage expectations effectively.
• **Patient Journey Management:** Lead the patient through the entire process—from initial inquiry and pricing to scheduling surgery and post-operative follow-up.
• **DHA Compliance:** Ensure all patient files, consent forms, and administrative procedures are strictly aligned with **Dubai Health Authority (DHA)** regulations.
• **Lead Management:** Proactively follow up on leads from social media, website inquiries, and walk-ins.

Requirements & Qualifications

• **Experience:** Minimum **3 years** of experience specifically within Plastic Surgery or High-end Aesthetic clinics in the UAE.
• **Expert Knowledge:** High-level understanding of surgical techniques, recovery times, and pre/post-op requirements.
• **Sales Driven:** A "Target-Oriented" mindset with the ability to close deals while maintaining ethical medical standards.
• **Communication:** Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in **English and Arabic** (preferred).
• **Regulatory Familiarity:** Solid knowledge of **DHA** licensing and surgical facility protocols.
• **Professionalism:** High level of emotional intelligence and the ability to handle sensitive patient concerns with discretion.
