- Whether you're perfecting a tart, tempering chocolate, or preparing pastry mise-en-place, you bring care and precision to everything you do.
- You are eager to learn, thrive in a structured kitchen environment, and take pride in being part of a team that sets the standard.
- What will you do:
- Prepare pastry mise-en-place to ensure smooth operations during service, including doughs, creams, mousses and garnishes.
- Assist the Chef de Partie in the preparation and plating of desserts and pastry items to LPM's exceptional standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pastry section at all times.
- Collaborate with the wider kitchen team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Adhere to hygiene, food safety, and organizational standards specific to pastry production.
- Continuously develop your pastry skills and share knowledge with the team.
- What you need:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a high-end kitchen or dedicated pastry section.
- Foundational knowledge of pastry techniques, including dough work, creams and basic sugar/chocolate work.
- Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- A positive attitude, teamwork skills, and a genuine passion for pastry.
