Le Café LPM is a neighbourhood café for the modern city, where French Riviera spirit meets everyday urban life.
All-day dining, done beautifully.

Nothing overcomplicated.
Everything just right.
Dubai opens soon and other locations are already in development.
We are looking for the chef who will lead the first kitchen and help build what comes next.
What This Role Is
You will lead the culinary operation for Le Café LPM.
Full ownership of the food. the concept, the standards, the team, and the kitchen culture.
You report directly to our Group Executive Chef.
As we grow, you grow with us.
You will play an active part in bringing the culinary concept to each new market, consistently, credibly, without compromise.
What We Are Looking For
- An Executive Chef, or a very strong Executive Sous Chef ready to step up.
- French Mediterranean cuisine is your foundation: light, seasonal, ingredient-led.
- You have run high-volume, premium kitchens. You know how to deliver quality across a full day: breakfast through dinner.
- You lead people well. Calm under pressure. Standards held without drama. Junior chefs want to learn from you.
- You understand the commercial side. Food cost, yield, waste, procurement; these are not someone else's problem.
- You are mobile. Travel across our development markets is part of the role.
- Speaking French and/or and a European language is an asset.
