- **Preparation & Baking:** Prepare a wide variety of baked goods, including cakes, cookies, pies, tarts, and artisanal breads using traditional and modern recipes.
- **Decoration & Presentation:** Utilize specialized techniques—such as tempering chocolate, sugar work, and icing—to deliver aesthetically beautiful plated desserts and decorative displays.
- **Inventory & Purchasing:** Monitor stock levels for baking ingredients and equipment. Order supplies within the assigned budget while maintaining quality control on raw materials.
- **Team Leadership:** Manage the pastry department by recruiting, scheduling, and training assistant cooks and junior bakers.
- **Sanitation & Compliance:** Maintain a clean, orderly, and hygienic workspace. Ensure all food products are handled safely and the pastry section complies strictly with health and safety codes.
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per hour
