Overview

1. Party Coordinator

• Plan, organize, and execute birthday parties and special events for children.
• Liaise with parents/guardians (especially Russian-speaking clients) to understand party requirements.
• Coordinate decorations, activities, food arrangements, and timelines.
• Ensure smooth event flow and high customer satisfaction.

2. Entertainment

• Engage and interact with children through games, storytelling, dancing, and activities.
• Lead group activities, shows, or themed performances.
• Create a fun, safe, and memorable experience for all guests.

3. Play Area Attendant

• Supervise children to ensure safety and proper use of play equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the play area.
• Enforce safety rules and respond promptly to incidents or concerns.

4. Retail Assistant

• Assist customers with product selection and purchases.
• Operate POS systems and handle cash/card transactions.
• Support inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Guide junior team members and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• **Language:** Fluency in **Russian and English** (mandatory).
• Previous experience in **kids’ entertainment, retail, hospitality, or customer service** is preferred.
• Energetic, outgoing personality with a passion for working with children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work **weekends, holidays, and shifts.**
