Assistant Retail Supervisor
About This Role
We are looking for person who is Responsible for supervising daily store operations, leading the sales team, managing stock, and supporting multiple branches when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee store operations, visual standards, and customer service quality.
- Lead and support the sales team and team leads to achieve sales targets.
- Handle customer issues and ensure a child‑friendly shopping environment.
- Manage stock levels, replenishment, stock counts, and documentation.
- Visit and support other branches as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in kids retail.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Good understanding of retail operations and stock control.
- Valid UAE driving license for multi‑branch support.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays..
- Ability to stay attentive and proactive at all times.
- Responsible and reliable individual.
- Positive attitude and passion for kids’ products.
- Strong organization and problem‑solving skills.
Salary will be finalized during the interview based on experience and skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
