About This Role

Office Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Mall Management Coordination (Primary Role)

  • Serve as the main point of contact with mall management for all operational matters
  • Handle lease-related coordination, documentation, and compliance requirements
  • Process and follow up on permits, approvals, and access requests
  • Ensure strict adherence to mall policies, rules, and regulations
  • Coordinate with mall management for inspections, maintenance, fit-outs, and events
  • Address and resolve any issues raised by mall management promptly
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with mall representatives

2. Office & Operations Management

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow across departments
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Manage suppliers, utilities, and facility upkeep

3. Customer Service Supervision

  • Lead the customer service team to ensure excellent guest experience
  • Handle escalated concerns and ensure timely resolution
  • Monitor feedback and implement service improvements

4. HR Support & Staff Management

  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff
  • Monitor attendance, scheduling, and leave records
  • Support performance management and employee relations

5. Administrative Oversight

  • Ensure proper handling of documentation, contracts, and records
  • Manage permits, licenses, and company compliance documents
  • Coordinate internal communications and reporting

6. Leadership & Reporting

  • Supervise teams across customer service, HR, and admin
  • Prepare reports and updates for management
  • Identify operational gaps and implement improvements

Requirements

  • Proven managerial experience in operations or office management
  • Strong experience working with mall management or commercial property coordination (highly preferred)
  • Knowledge of permits, lease agreements, and compliance processes
  • Background in customer service, HR, and admin functions
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
