Overview
Job Purpose:
The Sales Manager (Partnerships Manager) is responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships, attracting sponsors and clients, and driving revenue growth.
The role focuses on building strong relationships, leading negotiations, and closing agreements to ensure the overall success and sustainability of the project
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute partnership and sponsorship strategies aligned with project objectives
Identify, target, and secure strategic partners and sponsors
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
Prepare and deliver compelling commercial proposals and sponsorship packages
Lead negotiations and successfully close deals to meet revenue targets
Achieve defined sales and revenue goals
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of agreements
Monitor partnership performance and provide regular reports and insights
Represent the project in meetings, events, and industry engagements
& Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Proven experience in sponsorship acquisition (preferably in events or conferences)
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
Fluency in Arabic and English
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales systems
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Revenue and sales target achievement
Number and value of partnerships secured
Deal conversion rate
Client and partner satisfaction
Growth of strategic partner network
