The aForm Show is the regions premier podcast for all things architecture & design.

We document insights from all disciplines shaping the built environment within the GCC.

Given our on-going success, we are looking to expand our tight knit team!

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Partnerships Manager to grow the commercial side of the aForm Show by sourcing, developing, and closing B2B sponsorships for podcast episodes.

This person will own the full partnership cycle—from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing.

The role will also support brand outreach and strategic collaborations that elevate the show and the wider aForm ecosystem.

If you’ve got (Arch + ID) industry knowledge + Dubai connections + a love for a good deal - This is the role for you!

🎯 Sponsorship Sales (Main Character Energy)

  • Find and approach brands that would align with our audience: suppliers, developers, contractors, consultants, design brands, etc.
  • Slide into inboxes professionally (LinkedIn, emails, WhatsApp — the holy trinity).
  • Pitch episode sponsorships + packaged bundles
  • Negotiate pricing, handle objections and close sponsorship deals.
  • Maintain sponsor relationships and drive repeat bookings across multiple episodes.
  • Coordinate with the production/host team to ensure sponsor integration is delivered professionally.
  • 🤝 Partnerships + Brand Collabs (Glow-up Mode)
  • Spot opportunities for collaborations that make sense (and look cool).
  • Pitch cross-promos, co-branded content, takeover segments and bigger brand plays.
  • 🧠 Admin, But Make it Minimal
  • Track your pipeline (we love a good spreadsheet moment)
  • Know who’s hot, who’s cold, who ghosted and who’s about to sign.
  • Manage post-deal communication including invoicing coordination, deliverable confirmations, and renewal conversations.

2) Who We Want

We’re looking for someone who is:

✅ A confident B2B salesperson (not “interested in sales”, but can actually close)

✅ Comfortable pitching, negotiating, following up and getting the deal done

✅ Ideally from the AEC world (architecture / interiors / real estate / suppliers etc. )

✅ Ideally connected in Dubai (the city runs on relationships and WhatsApp)

✅ A self-starter with eyes on the prize.

✅ Organized enough to manage multiple deals without chaos

Bonus Points If You…

  • Have existing relationships with suppliers, developers, contractors and design brands in Dubai.
  • Have sold sponsorships, media placements, or high-value partnerships before
  • Can talk to brands like a human (not like a brochure)

🕒 Flexible schedule - Own your hours

📞 Meetings in Dubai as needed (especially when closing big sponsors)

Pay

This role is commission-based

You bring sponsors \= you get 💰

You bring recurring sponsors \= you get 💰💰💰

Earning potential is NOT capped.
