About This Role
Overview
Women of MENA is seeking a Partnerships Executive to help expand our network across the Middle East and North Africa.
This role is focused on identifying exceptional women leaders, introducing them to the Women of MENA platform, guiding interested candidates through the application process, and supporting successful onboarding.
This is a remote, flexible opportunity best suited to individuals who are comfortable building professional relationships, conducting outreach, and managing conversations through to completion.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage women leaders across the MENA region through LinkedIn and other professional channels
- Introduce prospective candidates to Women of MENA and explain the platform, recognition process, and available opportunities
- Share information materials and answer basic questions from interested applicants
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospects throughout the decision-making process
- Coordinate application submissions and payment instructions when applicable
- Manage conversations from initial outreach through successful placement
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and prospect status
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional and confident outreach abilities
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills
- Comfortable using LinkedIn and email for business communication
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Previous experience in business development, partnerships, recruitment, account management, or sales is advantageous but not required
Compensation
is entirely performance-based and tied directly to successful placements completed through your efforts.
There is no cap on earnings, and compensation is issued following successful client payment.
