Rocky Road Boxing Club is looking for a proactive and energetic Sales & Partnerships Executive to support the growth of our Abu Dhabi location.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on bringing in new clients, building partnerships, and driving local growth.
We’re not looking for someone who just “manages”, we need someone who takes initiative and makes things happen.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and develop partnerships with local businesses, communities, and brands
- Reach out to companies and establish corporate deals (HR, group packages)
- Generate new client leads through local initiatives and outreach
- Support conversion of leads into paying clients
- Represent the club at events and networking opportunities
- Work closely with the marketing team to activate campaigns locally
- What we’re looking for:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Proactive, self-driven mindset
- Comfortable with outreach and meeting new people
- Sales or partnerships experience is a plus
- Interest in fitness / boxing is a plus
- Based in Abu Dhabi
