Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Partnerships Executive.
The Partnerships Executive will be responsible for identifying, establishing, and nurturing relationships with potential partners such as real estate brokers, CRM providers, and business stakeholders.
The role includes reaching out to prospects, presenting RealFinder.com’s value proposition, negotiating partnership terms, and ensuring the successful integration of partners into the platform.
Tracking partnership performance, analyzing results, and providing insights to enhance collaboration are also key aspects of the role.
The Partnerships Executive will contribute to expanding the global reach of RealFinder.com by securing new and meaningful partners.
Qualifications
- Experience in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, or Partnerships
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Analytical Thinking, Data Analysis, and Strategic Planning Abilities
- Familiarity with the Real Estate or PropTech Industry is advantageous
- Team Collaboration and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with demonstrated success in meeting targets
- Fluency in English is required.
- Proficiency is Spanish is required
