The firm works alongside client partners to deliver lasting impact and focuses on human performance.

Role responsibilities

  • Lead client engagements across business improvement, strategic sourcing, capital portfolio optimization, and commercial due diligence.
  • Lead Senior Associates, Associates, and/or Business Analysts to ensure engagement delivery and collaboration.
  • Manage client relationships, coach clients, and oversee end-to-end engagement processes.
  • Coach and guide junior consultants and prioritize team members' professional development.
  • Structure and prioritize work, solve complex commercial problems, identify root causes, and pursue tangible results.
  • Influence stakeholders, manage expectations and deadlines, and communicate compelling arguments supported by facts.

Background and experience

  • Consulting experience within a Tier 1 strategy firm, outstanding logic and analytical skills, and the ability to solve complex commercial problems.
  • Outstanding academic results and a university degree or equivalent experience with strong quantitative skills; engineering, commerce/economics, mathematics, or science backgrounds are emphasized.
  • MBA is advantageous; double degrees and postgraduate degrees are highly regarded.
  • Track record of achieving tough targets under pressure and demonstrating passion for results.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, including structuring and prioritizing work and asking questions to find root causes.
  • Interpersonal skills to coach, influence, build trust with senior managers, and achieve results through team management.
  • Propensity to coach and guide younger consultants; strong communication skills and ability to construct fact-supported arguments.
  • Ability to influence, multitask, and manage expectations and deadlines; alignment with Partners in Performance values.
