About the Role
Our client is building a new Partner Success function to improve the quality and predictability of partner-led implementations.
As a Partner Success Manager, you will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful delivery, reduce risks, and strengthen partner capabilities.
This role is a great opportunity to shape a growing function and directly impact delivery performance and partner success.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure partners deliver timely, measurable value to customers during implementations
- Track partner progress and help keep projects on schedule
- Identify risks early, manage escalations, and drive issue resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams (Delivery, Support, Product, Cloud) to improve outcomes
- Support partner readiness through training, alignment, and shadowing opportunities
- Monitor and report on delivery performance, risks, and trends
- Contribute to playbooks, processes, and best practices for partner success
Qualifications
- 2+ years in customer success, partner operations, delivery support, or project coordination
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently across teams
- Experience with tools like Jira, ServiceNow, or Zendesk
- Exposure to partner programs or delivery governance
• Fluent Arabic Speaker
- Experience in Education Industry.
