Partner Manager - PropTech
This role will focus on developing and managing relationships with real estate agencies, developers, and key property stakeholders, helping expand the company’s regional footprint and drive commercial growth.
The successful candidate must already have strong relationships within the real estate market and be capable of hitting the ground running from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships across real estate agencies, developers, and property groups
- Drive new business opportunities and revenue growth across the region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within the real estate sector
- Identify partnership opportunities that support market expansion and long-term commercial growth
- Work closely with leadership, sales, and product teams to align partnership strategy with business objectives
- Represent the business across client meetings, networking events, and industry engagements
- Manage the full partnership lifecycle from engagement through to onboarding and growth
Requirements
- Proven experience selling technology or digital solutions into real estate agencies and property developers across the GCC
- Strong network and established relationships within the UAE real estate market
- Experience within PropTech, SaaS, real estate platforms, or technology-led property solutions preferred
- Strong commercial and relationship management skills
- Ability to operate within a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to drive opportunities independently
