Partner Engagement Experience, Program Operations Analyst

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Implement internal processes to scale the Red Hat Partner Program and incentives.
• Define automation requirements with Partner Ecosystem, Sales, Operations, and Finance.
• Resolve partner and ecosystem escalations, including complex issues.
• Identify process efficiencies with program management, PMO, and process teams.
• Support dashboards and reporting for internal initiatives.
• Implement and test CRM and PRM enhancements with IT teams.
• Translate business requirements into functional requirements for system automation.
• Manage escalated partner support issues and internal ServiceNow cases.
• Work with process subject-matter experts to operationalize global processes.

What you will bring

• At least 5 years of experience in related areas, particularly ecosystem work.
• Experience leading operational processes and excellent understanding of the Red Hat Partner Program.
• Familiarity with Salesforce reporting and dashboarding.
• Organization, independent initiative, ability to manage competing priorities, relationship-building, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder communication skills.

Compensation

• Posted salary range is $88,510 to $141,630; actual offer depends on qualifications.
• Annual salary is one component of compensation; the role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, or equity.
