Cloud Consultant - OpenShift

Role overview

What you will do

• Serve as a customer-site subject matter expert for technical, development, or strategic IT requirements.
• Implement and integrate Red Hat OpenShift, Ansible Automation Platform, and other open and hybrid cloud solutions.
• Understand customer infrastructure and business needs, make recommendations, and support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with project and customer teams to meet timelines and goals.
• Contribute to project documentation and diagrams and support case management.
• Mentor and share knowledge with customers and team members.
• Promote automation and DevOps processes to improve cloud lifecycle, uptime, availability, and time-to-market.
• Implement solutions using cloud technologies, design principles, integration points, and automation methods.

What you will bring

• Advanced experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
• Advanced hands-on experience and knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift Platform or underlying components such as Kubernetes and Docker.
• Hands-on experience and knowledge of Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform.
• Experience implementing system infrastructure and cloud solutions, including data storage, networking, monitoring, and security.
• Ability to communicate project value, progress, and metrics to technical and business audiences.
• Ability to study independently, learn quickly, and put new ideas into practice.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Availability to work onsite at customer sites more than 50% of the time.
