Partner Enablement Specialist

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in implementation, customer success, or training/enablement — ideally with some direct Campfire product exposure.
• Strong communicator who can explain technical configuration steps clearly to an external audience with less context than an internal hire.
• Organized and detail-oriented: comfortable owning a certification pipeline and tracking who's where in it.
• Comfortable running live sessions (bootcamps, workshops) as well as producing written/video materials.
• This is an execution and delivery role, not a design-from-scratch role — success means faithfully scaling what's already been built, not reinventing it.
