Partner Development Manager, GFI Software (Remote) - $100,000/year USD

Traditional channel sales is broken.

Most partner development managers spend their time supporting underperforming accounts or maintaining legacy relationships that offer little growth potential.

In this position, you won't function as a traditional channel coordinator.

You'll engineer a high-velocity revenue system.

This position does not involve responding to inbound inquiries, maintaining established accounts, or executing outdated strategies.

You'll apply AI to discover partners with exceptional potential, create accelerated onboarding pathways that maximize conversion, and launch new partnerships that produce revenue in a matter of weeks.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position.

The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.

The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year.

The payment period is weekly.
