• s Channel business worldwide, and as such is the employee responsible for the establishment of a comprehensive set of partners and their development and core functions
• Build, recruit, and develop a high-quality, diverse partner ecosystem to support channel growth in the assigned territory.
• Manage partner performance through outreach, business planning, onboarding, and ongoing enablement, including collaboration with Cloud and internal teams.
• Drive partner adoption of SoftwareOne offerings and create scalable, value-driven partner experiences that generate revenue and profit.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Channel, Marketing, and Sales teams to execute strategy, run campaigns, and align on regional goals.
• Leverage market insight and performance data to distribute leads, support decision-making, and identify opportunities, risks, and growth areas within the partner landscape.
