Part-Time Sales Assistant

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers as they enter the store, creating a welcoming atmosphere
• Assist customers with inquiries about our diamond jewellery collections and provide expert product knowledge
• Ensure the showroom is organised and visually appealing
• Handle transactions, including cash and card payments
• Maintain an accurate record of sales and inventory
• Support the team in achieving daily sales targets
• Provide after-sales assistance and help with customer requests or concerns
• Assist with packaging and gift-wrapping services
• Participate in promotional activities as needed

Qualifications

• Fluent in English
• Presentable, with a professional and polished appearance
• Previous experience in retail, especially in the luxury or jewellery sector, is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Attention to detail and an interest in high-end jewellery
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and handling transactions
