Overview

Dargan Diamonds Trading LLC \| Dubai Festival City Mall

We're looking for a high-performing **Female Sales Executive** with a proven track record in diamond jewellery sales.

Experience with lab-grown diamonds is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive in-store and digital sales (WhatsApp & Instagram)
  • Deliver a premium, white-glove customer experience
  • Convert enquiries into confirmed sales
  • Guide clients through diamond selection and customisation
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups and client communication
  • Build long-term client relationships
  • Uphold store presentation and brand standards

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in diamond jewellery sales
  • Strong communication and client-handling skills
  • Confident closing high-value transactions
  • Well-presented, professional demeanour
  • Proven experience converting sales through WhatsApp and Instagram — essential for this role
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
  • Open to female candidates only

This Role Is Not For You If

  • You're only comfortable with basic retail billing
  • You wait for customers instead of chasing sales
  • You're not confident speaking and closing
  • **Compensation:** AED 3,800 - 4,500 salary + sales commission (commission structure shared at interview)
