We are urgently looking for an experienced **Medical Coding Trainer** who can deliver practical, industry-oriented training in medical coding, healthcare documentation, and insurance coding processes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct training on medical coding principles and healthcare documentation standards
- **Teach ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and medical terminology concepts**
- Guide students on coding procedures for diagnoses, treatments, and healthcare services
- Provide real-world coding scenarios, case studies, and practical exercises
- Train learners on healthcare compliance, insurance claims, and reimbursement processes
- **Prepare students for professional medical coding CPC certification** **exams** and career opportunities
Requirements
- Strong experience in Medical Coding and Healthcare Documentation
- Knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, medical terminology, and healthcare regulations
- Background in Healthcare, Medical Coding, Health Information Management, or related fields
- Relevant certifications such as CPC preferred
- Prior training or teaching experience preferred
- Good communication and presentation skills
