The ideal candidate will provide personalized nutritional assessments, dietary counseling, and wellness support to patients in home care and community settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct nutritional assessments and evaluate patients' dietary needs.
- Provide dietary counseling and education to patients and their families.
- Support patients with weight management, diabetes, cardiovascular conditions, and other nutrition-related concerns.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
- Valid DHA, MOH, or DOH License/Eligibility Letter.
- Strong communication and counseling skills.
- Experience in clinical nutrition, home healthcare, or community health is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage patient consultations effectively.
- UAE Driving License is preferred.
