Masterminds, Dubai’s leading early learning center, is recruiting for a Parent Relations & Admissions Coordinator .

Masterminds is known for delivering a highly personalized, premium early education experience. Our parents have often referred to us as the “Harvard of Preschools,” and our team is expected to uphold high standards of professionalism, communication, and personal presentation.

This role is ideal for a polished, confident, and highly organized candidate with experience in hospitality, luxury client relations, admissions, premium customer service, or front-office guest relations .

The Parent Relations & Admissions Coordinator will serve as a key parent-facing representative of the school, supporting admissions inquiries, school tours, follow-up, parent communication, and day-to-day coordination between families and the school team.

The position is based at the school front desk, but the core responsibility is not basic reception. The role requires someone who can communicate clearly with discerning parents, present the school confidently to prospective families, follow up professionally, and ensure every interaction reflects the quality of the Masterminds brand.

Key Responsibilities

Admissions & Prospective Parent Relations

  • Conduct school tours for prospective families.
  • Present the Masterminds philosophy, curriculum, learning environment, and admissions process with confidence and clarity.
  • Respond to admissions inquiries by phone, email, WhatsApp, and in person.
  • Follow up with prospective parents after inquiries and tours.
  • Maintain accurate admissions records and update the CRM.
  • Coordinate appointments, parent meetings, and admissions-related follow-ups.
  • Share brochures, registration packs, and admissions materials with interested families.
  • Escalate serious or complex parent inquiries to the relevant senior team member.

Parent Communication

  • Serve as a central communication point between parents, teachers, and school leadership.
  • Send parent emails, reminders, messages, and updates as directed by the leadership team.
  • Support clear, timely, and professional communication regarding schedules, events, activities, and school updates.
  • Handle parent inquiries calmly, professionally, and confidentially.
  • Ensure communication is accurate, polished, and aligned with the school’s standards.

School Front Desk Presence

  • Represent the school professionally as a first point of contact for parents, visitors, and prospective families.
  • Manage incoming calls and parent-facing communication with warmth, confidence, and discretion.
  • Maintain an organized and composed front-facing environment throughout the school day.
  • Support parent-facing school events and admissions activities when required.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • A polished, professional, and confident communication style.
  • Experience in hospitality, guest relations, luxury service, admissions, parent relations, or premium client-facing roles.
  • The ability to engage confidently with parents and prospective families.
  • Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
  • The ability to multitask and remain composed in a busy school environment.
  • Good judgment, discretion, and respect for confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort using email, WhatsApp, CRM systems, and basic office tools.
  • A hands-on attitude and willingness to support wherever needed.

Prior experience in a premium hotel, luxury service environment, school admissions office, private healthcare clinic, or high-end client relations role would be an advantage.

Essential Requirements

  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Strong parent/client-facing communication skills.
  • Comfortable conducting school tours and presenting a premium education offering.
  • Comfortable working from the school front desk as the central parent communication and admissions coordination point.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Professional appearance and manner.
  • Available to start immediately or within a short notice period.

Compensation

  • AED 9,000–12,000 per month , based on quality of experience and qualifications.
  • Comprehensive medical insurance.
