Role Summary

• The Paramedic will be responsible for delivering high-quality pre-hospital emergency care, ensuring timely and effective medical intervention, and safe patient transportation in accordance with established clinical protocols and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emergency medical calls and provide advanced pre-hospital care
• Conduct accurate patient assessment and initiate appropriate treatment protocols
• Perform life-saving procedures in line with DOH guidelines and clinical best practices
• Ensure safe and efficient patient transfer to healthcare facilities
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation and incident reports
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare and emergency response teams

Requirements

• Valid DOH license as a Paramedic (mandatory)
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Paramedicine, Emergency Medical Services, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in emergency medical services or ambulance operations
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and decision-making skills
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and in high-acuity environments
• Flexibility to work in shift-based and emergency duty schedules
