EMT / Paramedic

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emergency and non-emergency calls.
• Perform patient assessments and provide appropriate pre-hospital care.
• Administer emergency medical interventions within scope of practice.
• Safely operate ambulances and ensure patient transport to healthcare facilities.
• Maintain accurate patient care records and incident reports.
• Ensure readiness and cleanliness of ambulances, equipment, and medical supplies.
• Follow DCAS protocols, clinical guidelines, and UAE regulations.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, hospitals, and medical teams.
• Assist during major incidents, events, and emergency deployments.

Mandatory Requirements

• Licensed **EMT or Paramedic** (DCAS eligibility or ability to obtain DCAS approval).
• Minimum **1–2 years of field experience** in EMS or emergency care.
• Strong knowledge of emergency response protocols and patient care.
• Ability to work in high-pressure and emergency situations.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically fit and medically cleared for EMS duties.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with **DCAS-approved EMS providers**.
• Valid certifications such as **BLS, ACLS, PHTLS / ITLS**.
• Experience in event medical coverage and standby services.
• Familiarity with ambulance equipment and EMS documentation systems.
