Role overview

Painting and maintenance duties

• Apply paint, varnish, and finishes to walls, ceilings, and furniture with brushes, spray guns, or rollers.
• Prime or fill surfaces before finishing; remove old coatings by stripping, sanding, wire brushing, burning, sandblasting, or water.
• Protect surfaces, post warning signs, clean and store supplies, and coordinate color adjustments with suppliers.
• Follow safety procedures, report maintenance and safety issues, and complete safety training.
• Welcome and assist guests, communicate courteously, support team goals, protect company property and confidential information, and maintain quality standards.
• Carry out other role-related duties assigned by managers.

Recommended qualifications and physical requirements

• A technical, trade, or vocational diploma is recommended.
• At least one year of related work experience is recommended.
• No supervisory experience or specific license/certification is listed.
• The role involves bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, extended periods of standing or movement, and handling loads up to 23 kg independently.
