We are looking for a **Paid Social Media Buyer** who combines strategic thinking, creative testing, and data-driven decision-making to scale our paid campaigns and drive measurable growth across social and digital channels.
For this role, we are looking for a **German speaker** with solid experience in **Paid Social Media Buying**, as the position involves working with German-speaking markets, campaigns, and content.

Your Responsibilities
- Plan and manage paid social campaigns on Meta, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok with a strong focus on conversion generation
- Take ownership of paid social channels, including campaign ideation, execution, and scaling in line with strategic business goals
- Contribute to the development of the performance marketing growth strategy, with a focus on social ads
- Identify and test new opportunities to improve channel performance
- Develop content ideas and conduct A/B testing
- Own the creative strategy for paid social, from concept to execution
- Brief and collaborate closely with design and content teams to produce high-performing creative assets
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to continuously optimize growth and marketing strategies
- Create clear, insightful reports and analyses covering all key KPIs
Your Profile
- You are a **German speaker**
- You have good German and English language skills, both spoken and written
- You hold a degree or completed training in Marketing, Business, or a comparable field
- You have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a focus on paid social / media buying
- You have solid experience in Paid Social - Media Buying
- You have experience managing campaigns on at least one of the following platforms: Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, or Pinterest
- You have previous experience in B2C, ideally within e-commerce
- You have a strong affinity for data, tracking, and analytics
- You work efficiently, goal-oriented, and in a well-organized manner
- You are able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
