The Role

We're looking for a talented and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Dubai team and own both our paid advertising and social media content output. This is a dual-function role built for someone who is equally comfortable building high-converting Google and Meta campaigns as they are crafting visually stunning content for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

You'll be working directly with leadership in a fast-paced environment, with real ownership over Ziyana's digital presence and lead generation efforts.

What You'll Do

Paid Advertising

• Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display) and Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook)
• Strong understanding of tracking and attribution including Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Pixel, and conversion event setup
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis
• Optimise campaigns daily for CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and conversion metrics
• Manage budgets efficiently and deliver clear performance reports with actionable insights
• Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages

Content Creation

• Produce and edit high-quality photo, video, and graphic content for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Write compelling, on-brand captions and copy tailored to each platform
• Plan and manage a monthly content calendar
• Edit reels, short-form video, and carousels to a polished, luxury standard
• Ensure visual consistency across organic and paid content

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong track record in both paid ads and content creation
• Proven experience running Google Ads and Meta campaigns with measurable results
• Strong proficiency in photo and video editing tools, Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, CapCut, or equivalent
• Proficiency in Canva for graphics and branded templates
• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone across platforms and audiences
• A genuine eye for luxury aesthetics, you understand what premium looks and feels like
• Experience targeting high-net-worth or premium audiences is a strong plus
• Experience in luxury, travel, hospitality, or real estate industries is highly preferred
• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification is a plus

Pay: Up to AED2,500.00 per month
